Step 4 — Choose your appointment time
Scheduling happens through the secure link—not on our public website.
Step 3 — Complete your privacy forms
Open the secure link and complete your forms. This protects your information and lets us begin your care.
Step 5 — Meet with Dr. Heinen (telehealth)
On the day of your visit, Dr. Heinen will call you through RXNT, our secure medical platform.
Step 6 — Start your personalized plan
You’ll get clear next steps, any prescriptions if appropriate, and follow‑up guidance.
